International Policy and Diplomacy Fellow
Moustafa Tahoun was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and is currently serving as an International Policy and Diplomacy Fellow at the United Macedonian Diaspora (UMD). In this role, he is dedicated to advocating for Macedonian issues on a global stage, focusing on policy development, diplomatic relations, and international advocacy.
With a deep-seated passion for helping others, Moustafa strives to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and communities. His academic journey as a senior at Westfield State University, where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, has equipped him with valuable insights into the complexities of international policy.
Moustafa’s diverse background includes experience in customer service and project management, which enhances his ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Fluent in Arabic, he embraces a multicultural perspective that enriches his advocacy work.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Moustafa actively participates in community service initiatives, supporting organizations that promote positive change and uplift those in need. Through his efforts, he aims to contribute significantly to UMD’s mission of promoting Macedonia heritage and interests worldwide.
