Board

A global Board of Directors governs UMD, which manages the business and operations of the organization. The Chairman and Secretary of the Board host monthly conference calls and an annual in-person Board meeting. The UMD President, a full-time employee of the organization, sits on the Board in a non-voting capacity, and undertakes the day-to-day UMD operations together with UMD’s interns out of the Washington, D.C. office.
