ACTION ALERT 2

"The Greek government views the term "Macedonian" as a geographic term that describes all Greek citizens living in the Macedonian region in northern Greece. The government denies the assertions of the ethnic Macedonians in Greece that they are are a minority group; officials refer to them as "Slavophone Greeks" or "bilinguals." - Human Rights Watch

Become a grassroots volunteer

ARE YOU A LEADER IN YOUR COMMUNITY?

Grassroots volunteers are the heart and soul of our organization.

The United Macedonian Diaspora Advocacy Center (UMDAC) is the starting place to get involved.  UMDAC is a grassroots network of well-informed advocates committed to advocating on critical matters pertaining to the Macedonian cause.

UMD enlists qualified, experienced community leaders to work alongside us at the local level.

Currently, our greatest volunteer need is for volunteers who can write articles for UMD and those who can serve as Albanian-Macedonian, Bulgarian-Macedonian, Danish-Macedonian, English-Macedonian, French-Macedonian, German-Macedonian, Greek-Macedonian, Russian-Macedonian, and Serbian-Macedonian translators.

Please fill out the form below to add your name to the ranks of UMDAC.  We will contact you shortly to discuss volunteer opportunities.
