Ms. Biljana Sekulovska-Gaber made a presentation at the Australian National University's National Europe Centre on September 1st, 2005 regarding the role of diaspora communities in economic development. 

The findings of Ms. Sekulovska-Gaber are "the results from the survey entitled: Macedonian Diaspora Communities in Australia as Agents of Development...Its aim was to "investigate" factors that may contribute to the business activity by members of the Macedonian Diaspora living in Australia, in order to enhance both Australia's and Macedonia's business competitiveness and economic development."
