United Macedonian Diaspora President Metodija A. Koloski questions Greek Foreign Minister about Greece's lack of minority rights for Macedonians, Albanians, Turks, Roma, and Vlach, and its non-ratification of key international human rights treaties dealing with minority rights. 

The Greek Foreign Minister spoke on February 23, 2009 at Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C. on the topic Collective Security in the 21st Century: Building New Bridges.
